Sevame is a hyperlocal services marketplace. I joined as founding Product Manager and built the at-home healthcare vertical from zero: supply onboarding, verification, scheduling, discovery and the analytics layer behind it.

• ·Patients had no trusted way to book verified at-home healthcare providers.
• ·Booking friction was high and cancellations higher: unclear provider credentials, vague arrival windows, no confirmation loop.
• ·Supply quality was unverifiable, so every booking felt like a gamble to the patient.

• ·Ran 50+ customer interviews to separate the trust problem from the convenience problem.
• ·Redesigned provider onboarding and verification, surfacing credentials directly in discovery.
• ·Rebuilt scheduling with confirmed slots and status updates, cutting the silent-wait gap that drove cancellations.
• ·Stood up SQL-powered dashboards for acquisition, activation and retention so the team ran on cohorts, not anecdotes.
